I want to turn this space into something worthwhile.
goals:
I want to learn database, application, and web frontend development.
I want to practice managing time. In particular, I want to focus on breaking down this (extremely large and ambitious) project into tasks I can accomplish in one sitting...and trying, for starters, to accomplish one such task per week.
I want to represent myself. I envision the end result of this project as an answer to the question "so...what do you do?" It seems logical to break this down into a handful of categories. I play and write music; I tinker with electronics; I ride and tinker with my bike; I work with computers. Those break down into subcategories--each band, collaborations, solo work; signal processors, guitars.
I hope, loftily, to use this developing space as an inspiration to generate more content to fill it--that is to say, to do more things I'm proud of and feel are worth sharing, now that I have a space in which to do so.
